The working principle of the DC power battery pneumatic spot welder is as follows:
1. Pressure application part

2. Current conduction part

3. Welding process
The heat is concentrated at the contact point of the workpiece, causing the metal at the contact point to heat up rapidly to the melting point.

When the current stops, the metal at the weld cools and solidifies, thereby achieving a firm connection between the two workpieces.
