Function introduce

1) 1-24/32/48series battery management system tester, high degree of automation, fast testing speed and high testing accuracy. With test function of overcharge protection, overcharge recovery, overdischarge protection, overdischarge recovery, overcurrent protection (overcharge current and overdischarge current), internal resistance, self-consumption, short circuit protection, overcharge protection time, overcurrent protection time, overdischarge protection Time, balance current, balance voltage etc.

2) It can test the BMS of MCN battery, LiFeO4 battery and cobalt acid battery.

3) This machine is required to be connected to a computer, the system generally requires an XP system, the interface of tester and computer is RS232.


Principle:
The lithium battery protection board testing instrument is mainly based on electronic measurement technology and micro-control technology.
It applies specific voltage, current and other signals to the protection board to simulate the situation of the battery in various working states,
and then detects the response of the protection board, such as whether the functions of overcharge protection, overdischarge protection,
and overcurrent protection are functioning properly, as well as monitoring the accuracy of relevant parameters.

3. Overcharge protection test: Gradually increase the input voltage, observe whether the protection board can accurately trigger the protection action when reaching the overcharge threshold, cut off the charging circuit, and record the relevant data.
4. Overdischarge protection test: Continuously discharge to reduce the battery voltage, and see if the protection board can effectively activate the protection when reaching the overdischarge threshold, stop discharging, and record the corresponding data.
5. Overcurrent protection test: By applying a large current, verify whether the protection board can timely carry out current limiting or cut off the circuit protection reaction when the current exceeds the set value, and collect relevant information.
6. Short-circuit protection test: Simulate the short-circuit situation to detect whether the short-circuit protection function of the protection board is normal.
7. Balancing function test (if any): For the protection board with the balancing function, test its balancing effect and performance.
8. Repeat the test: To ensure accuracy, multiple repeat tests can be conducted.
9. Analyze the test results: Compare the test data with the standard requirements to judge whether the performance of the protection board is qualified. It should be noted that the specific operation steps may vary due to different testing instrument
